Yo suelo usar Mencoder para realizar las conversiones, pero ffmpeg es mucho más sencillo en algunas ocasiones. ¿Viste el que escribí yo <a href="http://www.hachemuda.com/2007/05/30/ejemplos-de-comandos-de-mencoder-para-edicion-de-video-en-gnulinux/" rel="nofollow">sobre Mencoder</a>?
